Moving to Crossfield from Edmonton I was worried about my prescription and pharmacy needs. Upon my first encounter with Ramon and all of his staff I knew I would be in good and capable hands. It has now been almost three years and I have always been greeted and treated as an individual and not just another customer . Thank you Ramon and staff, I look forward to a long and Healthy relationship.
I love this store, Remon is always friendly and easy to approach. He gives a warm welcome and is the best pharmacist around. Oh and the chocolates are my favorite. I love the new store and the rustic decor is my favorite.
The staff at Rockyview Pharmacy are always so pleasant but Remon goes above and beyond to help his customers. My dad was staying with me while my mom was in the hospital and he had forgotten some of his medication back in Claresholm. Remon filled the prescription saving my dad from having to drive all the way back. Not only did he help my dad out, he called a few days later to check in and see how things were with my dad and my mom! Remon genuinely cares for all his customers and for that I will not go anywhere else!
I love Ramon & the gang. They are always friendly and Ramon is very helpful with my prescriptions. He keeps track of my refills, makes sure my allergies are addressed and recommends healthy options for me. So considerate & kind that I still go there even though I dont live in Crossfield anymore.
I moved to Crossfield just under 2 years ago. When I moved my prescriptions over to Rockyview Pharmacy, it was because Remons service is above everyone else. He takes the time with his customers, he always gets my medication super quickly, and he always knows the answers.The best pharmacy I have ever dealt with!
