Had to do a large order of cowboy boots for a corporate marketing project. Staff were extremely helpful in getting everything straightened out to the front and into my car and quick succession. Impressive store as well to say the least.
Sweet outlaw hats!!! Mind blowing selection! Awesome wallets! Definitely worth checking out!
I ordered a saddle while in store as they didn't have my seat size. I promptly received the incorrect saddle which also had a crack in the fender. The owner (Scott) offered a 20% discount on a saddle pad, which I declined as I was not happy with receiving an incorrect and damaged saddle. I was made to feel that I was in the wrong, and any attempt on my end at respectful human interaction was met with threats that his lawyer will be in contact. Threatening to contact his lawyer over an unhappy customer trying to find the best solution to the problem? Come on... Scott told me to write an awful review on social media so that his lawyer could contact me about defamation. The point of a review is the right to share my experiences with others so they can think about their decision before they make a large purchase. The other staff members I spoke with were all very helpful and friendly.I have decided to lose money and sell the saddle myself as I have no interest in dealing with this horrendous customer service from the owner.**EDITED TO ADD IN RESPONSE**Unbeknownst to me, Scott had the saddle shipped directly from the manufacturer to me. I ordered the saddle July 20th 2018 and received it August 3rd 2018 (which is two weeks). When I inquired about a return on the incorrect and damaged saddle, I was told that I was responsible for the $139 USD shipping from the manufacturer to me IN ADDITION TO return shipping back to the store. When I asked why, I was told I could speak to Scotts lawyer about it. I offered to pay the return shipping back to the store and asked what exactly would be put back on my credit card. Scotts response no idea, I dont have the invoice. I was also told that he does not accept returns on custom orders. Im sorry - my mistake. When I ordered a 15 seat in a saddle that you had in stock in a 14 seat. I was not told it was a custom order. Lets clarify one more time, I received the wrong the saddle in the first place and paid the original $50 flat rate shipping when I purchased it. Ill humour you. Lets say I was rude to your staff, which I very much was not. What does that change about the fact that I received the wrong saddle and it was damaged?
Some staff have no idea of the cowboy boots they sell. We asked for NON leather cowboy boots as we don't eat anything from cows. After a lengthy discussion they said they may have a couple made of suede. We explained suede is leather. We were told to buy rubber boots. They walked away and just left us standing there. Not impressed
The best has to offer great staff very helpful this store has what the cowboy or girl needs far as I am concern the best western store I have been to thanks again
